Archived packages disappear from the closers' menu immediately; their payment history stays on the dashboard.
Cash actually collected, by the month it came in — your commission base. Unlike the Dashboard (which measures the calls you ran), this counts every payment that landed, including plan installments and subscriptions from deals closed earlier. Only Sales Hub payments appear here.
Who can see the admin side — dashboard, revenue, packages. Admins see everyone's numbers and manage packages; closers only see their own. The account owner is always an admin.
